Gearbox Repairs

If its a 40 year old 4 speed manual box or a very up to date full electricity controlled 8 speed or duel clutch gearbox we have you covered.

Any time you are dealing with a gearbox you need some one with experience and knowledge of the importance of every component. Anything less simply isn't safe. We'll strip and inspect your gearbox with a fine tooth comb and get back to you with a full and detailed report with photos, so you have guaranteed peace of mind.

Component Restoration

Wondering whether you should throw something away or have it restored? We'll give you an expert opinion.

It's tempting to throw away old items, but in some cases, repairing them is much more cost efficient and we can in most cases bring them back to life looking better than new. We’d take any component on, a drive shaft, differential, steering rack, hub/knuckle, arm, pump, motor, servo etc, try us! . Blast Cleaning

We offer various forms of blast cleaning, sand and grit and/or the much more delicate vapour blast for that super clean factory finish.

Some times parts need more than just a clean up, or some times they need less than a total rebuild, blasters offer a huge range of finishes and processes, you”l be surprised at how diverse they are, especially the wet/vapour blast, we can clean plastic, alloys, stainless, steels, rubber etc! When a component is too delicate to be blasted or you can not afford to have media contamination we can offer Ultrasonic cleaning it’s fantastic for carburettors, engine blocks and cylinder heads.
